You will receive prepaid return packaging materials to allow the safe return of your existing hand kit to the MTR. Please do not return your existing hand kit to other packaging, z.B. in your new Samsung Galaxy S handset. You must ensure that the existing hand kit is sent to MTR within 5 business days of receiving the return packing material in order to meet the requirements of the upgrade program. You must continue repayments of your existing credit agreement until we have confirmed that MTR has completed the review of your existing hand kit and that, as a result, we have compensated for the remaining balance of your existing credit contract. If you do not return your existing hand kit within the allotted time, we will no longer be able to pay the balance of your existing credit contract. You will then have to continue repayments under your existing credit agreement as well as all repayments made under the new credit contract you have entered into for the new handset.
