Step 1Backup those IP and MAC you have already known.
Before Tracking them you must have backed up all the IP and MAC which were already known, and make sure of that all the IPs were attached to the MACs. Learn how to backup IP and MAC here. -
Step 2 Scan all clients status on LAN.
